She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennett H. Cranfill and Rhoda Shore Cranfill; and her siblings, Hubert, Luther, Burley, James Cranfill, Mary Lee Smith and Blanche Redding.
She is survived by: her husband Rodney Scott Simpson; her sons, Kevin Simpson and Robert Simpson (Leah); and her grandchildren, Jackson, Ian and Natalie Simpson.
