She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Collins and Jesse Collins; and her son James Steven Mitchell of Hampton, GA.. She is survived by: her children, Shelia Howie of Cumming and Wendell Dillingham (Stacy) of Senoia. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; other extended family.
