He was predeceased by: his parents, Egbert "Beck" Holtzclaw and Ruby Dean Holtzclaw; and his brother Troy Holtzclaw. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Burruss Holtzclaw; his children, Rhonda Johnson (Tom), Christopher Holtzclaw (Mary) and Ed Cook; his stepdaughters, Maggie Graham (Bobby) and Katie Wise (Geoff Florence); and his brothers, Ricky Holtzclaw (Debbie) and Kenneth Holtzclaw (Shyrl). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
