He is survived by: his wife Debbie Davis Crook; his children, Veronica Brown (Kevin) of Orlando, FL, Melissa Crook of Forsyth, Robert Davis of Forsyth and Joshua Crook (Travis) of McDonough, GA.; and his sister Mary Martin of Florida. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
