He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Treadway and Mary Nell Kinney Treadway; his daughters, Donna Pittard and Tammy Van Pelt; his grandchildren, Christy Hollis and Dustin Pittard; and his great grandchild Rylynn Treadway.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Treadway; his children, Kenny (Melissa), Sherri (David), Jessica, Monica and Lee; his grandchildren, Nick (Cassie), Britni (Tyler), Kale (Kinsley), Justin and Steven (Trish); his great grandchildren, Blakely, Emmy, Austin, Caden, Liam, Darrien, Tyler and Skyler; and his pet Teddy.
