He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Mayberry and Ruth Childress Mayberry; his wife Polly Mayberry; and his brother Gene Mayberry. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Snyder (Leonard) and Tony Mayberry; and his friends, Hugh, Cindy Scott, Robin Petro, Jeff and Karena Tate.
