He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fay Leonard; his daughters, Kimberly Miller (Adam) and Jennifer Findlay (Ricky); his grandchildren, Jennie Hutchins (Joey), Tiffany Kosier (Aaron), Hunter Parker (Andrew), Zac Williamson (Rebecca), Ansleigh Findlay, Elena Hutchins, Hillary Hutchins, Martin Richard Kosier, Kira Mae Williamson, AJ Miller, Kayla Miller, Roy Leonard (Kathy) and Terry Carroll (Laura); and his siblings-in-law, James Allen, Glenda Warren (Dave) and Jo Sheffield.
