He was predeceased by: his parents, James Augustus Webb, Sr. and Mary Lou Bell Webb. He is survived by: his wife Linda Goggans Webb; his children, Dawn (David Evans) and Jay Webb; his grandchildren, Brooklynn Webb, Peyton Webb, Justin Harless, Thommy Harless, Matthew Evans and Brandon Evans; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Thomas, Ainsley, Autumn, Johnathan, Shawn, Maizie, Malibu, Akia and Henry.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Christ United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 162, 417 Frontage Road, Forsyth, Georgia 31029 in memory of Jimmy.
