He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ham Proctor and Annie Kate Abernathy Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Stuart Proctor; his children, Michael Proctor (Ann), Susan Proctor Williams (Joey), Amanda Proctor Boyt (Tracy) and Dan Proctor (Angela); his grandchildren, Trey Williams, Drew Proctor (Esther), Tara Williams, Megan Proctor, Jack Proctor, Haleigh Williams, Anna Beth Williams Shepard (Joshua), Martin Williams (Samantha), Emily Boyt, Matthew Boyt, Haley Andrews Fleming (Mike), Audrey Proctor and Conner Gus Proctor; his great grandchildren, Ruby Beth Shepard, Reagan Shepard, Rhett Shepard, Blaine Williams, Grayson Williams, Addison Proctor and Jaxton McGarry; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Stuart Geib and Terry Herndon.
Due to COVID-19, there will not be a formal visitation; masks and social distancing are requested at the graveside.
