It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Coogler of Forsyth, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on July 1, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Marsdin Coogler and Ruby Estelle Gossett Champion. He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Coogler (Vickie) of Phoenix, Teresa Griffeth of Forsyth, Joe Coogler (Debra) of North Carolina and Brian Champion of Ohio; his aunt LaFran Jackson of Forsyth; and his uncle Larry William Gossett of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a private graveside service for family will be held at 11:00 a. m. Saturday, July 4, 2020 at Fairview United Methodist Church Cemetery with no formal visitation.
