Survivors include his wife, Jossie Middleton; 3 children, Hollis Middleton III (Tamitha), Bridgett Middleton, Tiffany Evans (Leonardo); 2 brothers, Roy Middleton (Linda) and Clinton Middleton (Charlotte); sister, Lou Dixon (Robert) 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
