She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Bennet Dillon and Josephine Dowell Dillon; her husband Howard Ray Hepler Sr.; her daughter Debbie Moxley; and her stepbrother Jack Secrest.
She is survived by: her son Howard Hepler, Jr. (Nada); her sister-in-law Bobbie Hepler; her son-in-law David Moxley; her grandchildren, Hannah Poole (Josh), Abigail Bradford (Jeremy), Catherine Hepler and Aaron Moxley (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Lila, Emma Poole, Evan Poole, Abe, Charlie Moxley and Adyen Bradford; and her niece Dawn Ciokan.
