He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parks and Mary Ella Maxwell Bugg; and his siblings, Sara Reddick (late Paul Reddick, Jr.), Mary Parks Skinker (late Bill Skinker), Marjorie Bugg and George Bugg (late Beverly Chandler).
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn of Forsyth; his daughters, Melissa Bugg (Glenn Grastat) of Atlanta and Melanie Palumbo (Rob) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Olivia and Wyatt Palumbo; his niece Carolyn Skinker Wetzel of Bloomington; and his nephews, Steve Skinker of Lansing, Mark, Perry and Paul Reddick, III of Smyrna, Georgia..
