He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Marie Campbell Jolly; his son Jonathan "Jonny" Jolly; and his brother Jack Jolly. He is survived by: his daughter Jane Urban (John); his grandchildren, Katie Urban, John Urban and Helena Jolly; and his siblings, Jim Jolly, Lois Connor, Dot Jolly, Cathy Elliott and Pat Guy.
