She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Jackson Murner; and her grandson Christopher Murner. She is survived by: her children, Johnny Murner of Forsyth, Barry Murner (Teresa) of Juliette, Georgia Debbie Alverson (Ed) of Thomaston, Melanie Sanderson (Bob) of Forsyth, Kevin Murner (Camille) of Milledgeville and Velda Shackleford (Al) of Pine Mountain, Georgia. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
