He was predeceased by: his wife Wynelle Rickett; his daughter Margie Tinsley; and his brother Hulan Rickett. He is survived by: his daughters, Gail (Milton Moss) and Wanda (Doug Grizzle); his son-in-law Kevin Tinsley; his brothers, Benny (Wanda Rickett) and Ronnie (Rita Rickett); and his sister-in-law Patsy Rickett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
