He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Andrew Frazier, Sr. and Elsie Samantha Lott Frazier; and his brother Dennis W. Frazier. He is survived by: his sons, Cooper L. Frazier Jr. (Kim) and Derek Frazier (Pilar); his siblings, Mikey Frazier (Lisa), Andy Frazier (Cindy) and Pam Sims (Darla Frazier); and his grandchildren, Macie, Kinsley, Haven, Devin and Jenna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
