He was predeceased by: his son Andrew Fullington Trevitt; his parents, Angie Lou Fullington Trevitt and Don Deck Trevitt; his grandparents, Beulah Olivia Deck Trevitt and William C. Trevitt; and the mother of his children Annice Haygood Trevitt.
He is survived by: his wife Terresa "Terye" Lucas Trevitt of Jones County; his sons, Charles Deck Trevitt (Alana) of Macon, Donnie Haygood Trevitt (Kelly) of Forsyth, Carmen Deck Trevitt, Jr. (Barbara) of Forsyth and Matthew William Trevitt of Forsyth; and his stepdaughters, Amanda Joy Clark (Brent) of Macon and Caitlin Dean Durham Mercer (Daniel) of Orlando, Florida. He is also survived by eighteen loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a host of friends.
