Duck Jr. of Forsyth, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Shelton Duck, Sr. and Patricia Joyce Petty Duck; and his son Mackenzie Duck. He is survived by: his wife Tenena Wade Duck; his children, Melody Layton of Griffin, Cassie Wilson of Meansville, Carl Duck of Forsyth and Leeanne Anthony (Kenneth) of Zebulon; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Emily, Jordan, Logan, Katie, Bailey, Jakeb, Joslyn, Johnathan, Jaydon and Kenlee; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Landon, Skylar, Laura, Maverick, Jackson, Jason, Adalyn and Wilder; and his brother Tony Duck (Lisa Cook) of Sunnyside. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
