She was predeceased by: her parents, Crouse Jones and Susannah Tucker Jones; her husband Frank Cook; her brothers, Ray, Wade and David; and her son-in-law Dan Ashe.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Ashe and David Cook (Donna); and her granddaughter Taylor Cook. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
