She was predeceased by: her husband Grady Donald Kinney Sr.; her parents, James Edgar Wilbanks and Mattie Irma Slocumb; and her brother James Eugene Wilbanks. She is survived by: her brother Charles Edgar Wilbanks of Gwinnett County; her children, Grady Donald Kinney Jr. of Marietta Ga, Dianne K. Hoover of Norcross Ga and Linda K. Sanders of Forsyth; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Raven, Chris, Dustin, Matt and Carri.
