She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolen McCrary and Winifred Roberts McCrary; and her sister Ann Smith. She is survived by: her husband Edgar (Buddy Howard); and her children, Nolen Howard (Penny), Neal Howard (Alisa) and Leigh Dover (Auze). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
