She is survived by: her parent Opal Goolsby; her husband Kenneth Edward Andrews; her children, Deborah Youghn, Pat Culberson (Chris) of Forsyth and Mary Lynn Mendoza (Gilbert) of Arizona; and her siblings, Geanie Ducker of Texas, Faye Culpepper of Texas and Harold Law (Gerry) of Jennings. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
