He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Chapuis and Lena Boggus Chapuis; and his wife Nancy Chapuis. He is survived by: his daughter April Jackson (Chris) of Peachtree City; his sister Joy C. Walden of Ellenwood; his uncle James Chapuis (Peggy) of Cenotobia, MS; and his grandsons, Clay Jackson and Luke Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
