He was predeceased by: his wife Betty M. Lewis; and his son Jimmy Wayne Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Karen Campbell (Richard) of Griffin, Warner Lewis, Jr. (Nannette) of Milner and Will Lewis (Heakyung Kim) of Forest Park; and his siblings, Mary Nell Mansell and Mike Lewis. He is also survived by 9 granddaughters, 17 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
