He is survived by: his mother Thiu Mitchell of Forest Park; his children, Shaian Cunningham-Vo (David Gaither) of Columbia, SC and Elonte Chandler of Forest Park; his siblings, Kim Mitchell of Jonesboro and Phuong Mitchell of Forest Park; his grandchildren, Quevion Merritt, Shi, Nell Granger, Rashad Grayer, Jr. and David Gaither, Jr.; his niece Nikki Thomas; and his great-niece Angel Thomas.
