She was predeceased by: her husband James Rhea; and her parents, Brenda Gail Mooney Smith and Donald Lamar Smith. She is survived by: her son Jimmy Rhea (Vilmont) of Powder Springs, GA; her grandchildren, Blake Rhea and Serena Rhea; and her siblings, Andy Smith (Jackie) of Jefferson, GA, Teddy Smith (Danielle) of Chesapeake, VA, Janice Earl of Flowery Branch, GA and Donna Gail Braun (Jim) of Norcross, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
