She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Evelyn Bennett, Marge Bennett, Ethel Pardue and Jim Hood; and her siblings, Melissa Lynn Hood and Michael Allison Hood.

She is survived by: her parents, John A. Hood and Dianne B. McDonald; her siblings, Jeffery Hood, Buddy McDonald and Michelle Coleman Hood; and her nephew Michael Ledbetter.
