She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Smith and Pearline Smith; her sister Patricia Ann Eller; and her nephews, Josh and Danile Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Lynn Smith Holbrook of Forest Park, Raymond Smith, Richard Smith and Thomas Rasmussen; and her nieces and nephews, Angela Campbell, Maria Holbrook, Terry Holbrook, Regina Holbrook, Scotty Holbrook, Raymond Smith and Shana Smith.
