With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Anthony Menard (Forest Park, Georgia), born in Grosvenordale, Connecticut, who passed away on February 13, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Napoleon Menard and Josephine Menard; his sons, Richard (Rick), Michael, John and Chris; and his wife Shirley. He was also cherished by his four sons and nine grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
