He was predeceased by: his wife Clarice Butler. He is survived by: his daughter Regina; his son-in-law Anthony Allen of McDonough; his siblings, Lonnie Butler of Madison, Richard Butler, Joseph Butler of Douglasville and Juanita Blair; his grandchildren, Leon Liberacki, Jeffrey Liberacki (Britni), Ashley Greer (Nathan) and Matthew Liberacki; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Liberacki, Braylen Liberacki, Ashton Liberacki and Savanna Greer.
