She was predeceased by: her father Sanford Gorum; her husband Roy Eugene Denson; her granddaughters, Wanda Michelle Mogford (Leslie) and Donati Jean Pierce; and her siblings, Mildred Blalock, Mary Helen Gorum, Marvin Earl Gorum and Marlon Royce Gorum.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Ann Owens (Pierce) of Jackson, GA; her stepson James O'Neal Pierce (Anna) of Sugar Grove, OH; her grandchildren, Stephen Thomas Owens (Susan) of Jackson, GA, Jeffrey O'Neal Pierce (Kellie) of Sugar Grove, OH and Linda Lou (Mark); her great grandchildren, Stephen Tyler Snair, Haylee, McKenlee Owens, Justin Pierce, Dylan and Coy Thomas; and her pet Penny. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
