He was predeceased by : his parents, Leondious Lewis Payne and Ozzie Lee Taylor Payne; his sisters Marjorie Brown, Erlene May, and Dorothy Capps. He is survived by : his siblings, Frank Payne, Doyle Payne, Bill Payne and Sarah; his children, Lewis Payne of Stockbridge, GA, Susan Moody of Fayetteville and Carol Stargell of Fayetteville; and his grandson Lee Payne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
