It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Jones (Forest Park, Georgia), born in Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on October 6, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harrison Colquitt and Cherry Ethel Colquitt; and her brothers, Harry Colquitt and John Colquitt. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Lambert), Tawna Findley (Greg), Barbara Jones (Dan), Sandy Jones, Richard Jones, Mary Staas (John) and Glad Simmons (Marty); her daughter-in-law Kathy Lambert Smith; and her sister-in-law Sue Colquitt. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
