He was predeceased by: his daughter Sonja Jean Patteson. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Pat Kissinger of Atlanta; his son-in-law Larry Patteson of Mobile Alabama; his brother-in-law Richard Ritz of Milner; his grandchildren, Angie Monroe, Renee Beilder (Grant), Nicole Purle (Tommy) and Shannon Hinesley (Jason); his great grandchildren, Iris Deilder, Alyssa Monroe, Megan Monroe and Amanda Monroe; his great great grandchild Gavin Dale Monroe; and his brother Chatham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
