He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer S. White Sr. of Atlanta and Martha Darthula Kelly of Haleyville Alabama; his son Frank; his wife Ruth (Forest Park); his children, Terry (McCaysville Ga), Kim Kalke (Jay), Derek (Forest Park), Alan (Statham Ga), Arlen (Michelle), Nathaniel (Buford Ga) and Karmelle (Sandy Springs Ga); his sisters, Dr. Ellen W. Nelson (Stuart O.) and Dr. Dianne Byrd (Opelika Ala); his grandchildren, Kara Kalke, Alex White and Samantha White; his brother Homer S. White Jr. of Durham, NC; his siblings-in-law, Glenndle Myrick White and Dr. Keith Byrd (Opelika Ala); and his brother Ralph Clinton Bunn. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
