He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Lynn Daniel Evans. He is survived by: his father Carl S. Evans of Forest Park; his grandmother Rena (Evans); and his siblings, Shannon Evans and Andrew White of Gainesville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
