He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shanon Cathey Kirk; his mother Pastor Jimmie McNeil; his children, Dericka Beamon, Monika Bonney, Akelia Risper, Wanda Morris, Derrick Kirk, Jr. and Chevelle Kirk; and his siblings, Eleatra Jernigan (Tracey), Phyllis Richardson (Phillip), Holsey Kirk, Jr. (Tameshia), Mario Andre Kirk and Terrence Kirk (Tara). He was also cherished by five granddaughters, two grandsons, host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
