He is survived by: his daughters, Kaylie Stephens and Olivia Stephens; his parents, Kenneth Stephens and Judy Stephens; his brothers, Chris Stephens and Carey (Julie Stephens); and his nieces, Samantha Stephens, Christina Vick and Ara Stephens.
