“It is with a sad heart that I write this. Adjutant Sister Bertha and I were long term acquaintances in both business and the adjutancy. I first met Sis Bertha when she worked for the City of Decatur and was actually a client of the company i worked for at the time, we eventually met up again in the adjutancy when she joined and I ran into her at the academy. She was truly a wonderful and kind person and will be missed. God Bless the family and my thoughts and prayers are with you. Evang Clark”
