She was predeceased by: her daughter Sandra Lynn Moceo; her sister Irma Dee Webb; and her brother-in-law Robb Webb. She is survived by: her husband Paul Yates; her children, Fay Maxwell (Robbie) of Conley, Deborah Drummond (Kenny) of Jenkinsburg, Richard Douglas Skidmore (Mary Anne) of Kansas City, MO and Paul Anthony Yates (Janet) of Cleveland; her sister Jama Kirkland of Ambrose; her grandchildren, Allison (Aaron), Taylor, Chris, Paul (Loren), Tricia, Heather (Nick), Bradley (Katie), Meagin (Mike) and Jordan; and her nieces and nephews, Alexandria, Sarah and Russell. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
