We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2020, at the age of 85, Thomas Richards of Folkston, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Richards and Josephine Silva Richards; his wife Gracie Herrin Richards; and his daughter Lori Lloyd Whitehead. He is also survived by grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and other relatives.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests at the service will be limited to immediate family and rules of social distancing and face mask will be observed.

“My sister Edith Griffin (long deceased) was a friend of Esther Richards long ago. Albert came to Waycross a few years ago seeking the Griffin clan as he really liked Mary Evelyn, my sister who was same age as Albert. Fond memories of the Richards and the older Griffin sisters and brothers. Only 2 of us Griffins left from 12 children, and I'm 80.
