He is survived by: his wife Amanda Worth of Folkston, GA; his children, Troy Worth of Jacksonville, FL, Jewel Worth of Jacksonville, FL, Grace Worth of Folkston, GA and Taylor Worth of Folkston, GA.; his brother James Leopard (Ann) of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Galaxy of Jacksonville, FL and Galileo Morales (Leo) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sand Hill Baptist Church Building Fund.
