She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Hunter and Marie Timmons Hunter; her son Theodore Martin Hunter; her brother-in-law James A. Walker; and her niece Dana Patterson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Alfonzo Timmons (Bo Pete) and Edith Hunter-Patterson; her daughter Debra Johnson; her grandchildren, Shamara Hunter of Waycross, Shenna Johnson of Waycross, Willie Johnson III of Waycross and Yavari Hunter of Norfolk; her daughter-in-law Michelle Hunter of Waycross; her sister Nadine Hunter Walker of Chestertown, MD; her sister-in-law Lora Timmons of Baltimore, MD.; her godchildren, Steven McGauley Jr., Chanterie McGauley and LaTifah Bell; her nephew Bruno Hunter; her nieces, Nadine Jones, Lisa Pender (Bradford) and Brenda Cropper; and her cousins, Robert Hunter and Darrell Coley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
