He is survived by: his children, Jessica Wolfe (Luke) of Blackshear and Jacob Riggins (Angel) of Blackshear; his siblings, Sherri Jackson (Ronald) of Jacksonville, Victoria "Vicki" Telesky of New York, NY, Wendy Pickett of Yulee, Jason Riggins of Jacksonville, Danny Riggins (Carol) of Middleburg, FL and Collon Telesky of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Matthew Wolfe and Bentley Downing Riggins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
