He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie Lee "Dickie" and Barbara Lloyd Johnson; his brother Robert L. Johnson; his son Scott Warren Johnson; and his stepdaughter Joleen Jensen Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Chalifoux Johnson; his daughter Sonya Cooley (Shaun); his stepchildren, Jacob Jensen and Justine Brown (Ryan); his grandchildren, Taylor, Holli, Jadyn, Kylee, Jaxon, Brayden and Easton; and his brothers, Mark Johnson (Dawn) and Michael Johnson (Aimee). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
