He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Merlin Horne, Sr. and Ann Ileen Lashley Horne; and his sister Betty Steedley. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Carol Barker; his children, Rusty Horne, Timothy Barker, Tiffany Wilkinson and Matthew Horne; his sister Bonnie Ward; and his grandchildren, Anastasia Horne, Damien Wilkinson and Trinity Wilkinson.
