He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charlie, Billie Moss, Dave, Gloria Warren and Thomas R. Birchall; and his uncle Kevin Warren.

He is survived by: his daughter Madison Rain Warren; his father Gary Warren; his sister Billie; his brother-in-law Joseph King; his brothers, Scott Birchall and Steven Nettles; his nephew Harris King; and his grandparents, Jim, Claudia Burkhart and Rinnette Birchall.
