She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie E Flanagan and Amy Brookshire Flanagan. She is survived by: her sons, Philip Peters (Janice) of Flowery Branch and Randy Peters (Tammy) of Gainesville; her sister Margaret Douglas of Oakwood; and her grandchildren, Samantha Rutledge of Waynesville, Robert Macklin of Townsend, Kimberly Hall of Brunswick, Philip Peters, II of Virginia Beach, VA, Lisa Moore of Nahunta and Tyler Kinsey of Gainesville. She is also survived by great grandchildren and other family members and friends.
