He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Parker and Willard Thomas; and his brothers, Gower Parker and Leonard Parker. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Len (Marty Ayers), Wendee Marie (Thomas Little), Denver Ray (Talisha Parden) and Tal Parden of Flowery Branch; his siblings, Ricky Joseph Parker of Gainesville, Barbara Parden and Sarah Parden; and his close friends, Timmy Lee and Nadine Pridgen of Pendergrass. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that everyone attending the visitation and service wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
